Refund Policy

At Amberest, operated by SINCERE MIND LIMITED, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Returns Process: To start a return, contact us at support@amberest.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to our registered office at 128 City Road will not be accepted. Please contact support for the correct warehouse address.
